Returns

Freeze Dried Petals are Not Returnable or Exchangeable for Any Reason

SilkRosePetals.net wants you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not happy with our product, you may return it under the following conditions:

1.  Please contact us no later than (3) days after receipt of your order.  You can sign in to your account right on our website, and choose returns.  You can also contact us at 866-345-4696 or 302-335-0535 to request a return authorizatioj.

2.  We will take back only unused and unopened product.

3.  You will be issued a Return Authorization number.  Please post this number on the outside of the box when you return your item(s).  We recommend delivery confirmation on the package.  Return shipping charges are not refundable.

4.  You must post the return within (7) days of delivery or your return will be denied.  Please mail promptly-we want you to be happy!

5.  Refunds will be processed after inspection of your return.  We reserve the right to allow (15) days from receipt of your return to process the credit. Refunds will be based on original form of payment.  If order was paid for with credit card, your card will be credited.  If you paid with Money Order, a check will be issued to you.  If you paid with PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.
